The Adventures of Sparkle Sam and the Grumpy Germs

Chapter 1: Take care of Daily Hygiene

Once upon a time, in a little village called Sunnyfield, there lived a seven-year-old boy named Sam. Sam loved playing outside, climbing trees, and splashing in puddles. But there was one thing Sam did not like: washing his hands, brushing his teeth, and taking baths.

"Why do I have to?" Sam would grumble. "I'm clean enough!"

One evening, after a long day of playing in the mud with his dog Biscuit, Sam hopped into bed without brushing his teeth or washing his hands. As he drifted off to sleep, something strange happened.

Tap, tap, tap.

Sam opened his eyes. On his pillow stood a tiny, funny-looking creature, no bigger than a button. It was green and fuzzy, with a big frown and messy hair.

"Hello, Sam!" it squeaked. "I'm Grumble, the Germ! And these are my friends!"

Suddenly, dozens of little germs popped out from Sam's fingernails, his hair, and his teeth. They giggled and danced all over his bed.

"We LOVE you, Sam!" cheered Grumble. "You never wash your hands, so we have a cozy home on your fingers. You skip brushing, so we throw parties on your teeth! And your muddy skin? It's our playground!"

"Hey!" said Sam. "Get off me!"

"Oh, we can't leave," Grumble laughed. "Not unless you chase us away with soap, water, and a toothbrush. But you'd never do that, right?"
